Project overview

Southeast Asia's most ambitious renewable platform, strategically mapped across 17 high-potential wind zones with 6,811 MW of installed capacity. The project is segmented into three investor-responsive categories, from immediate acquisition to long-term reserve.

Key features

  • Immediate acquisition Two 150MW shovel-ready projects (fully awarded)
  • Feasibility-ready 700MW project with completed feasibility studies
  • Long-term reserve 5,911 MW across 11 zones (6–12 m/s wind velocity)
  • Newly unlocked 400–700 MW in Kampong Speu & Banteay Meanchey
  • Sovereign-backed PPAs 25-year USD-linked contracts with EDC
  • QIP incentives 9-year tax holiday, 0% import duty, accelerated depreciation
  • Grid integration 2,100 km of high-voltage transmission lines + 1,800 MVA substation capacity
Meeting with the Governor of Kampong Speu Province
Group photo (2025) following the official meeting with H.E. Cheam Chan Sophorn, Governor of Kampong Speu Province, on the day he granted the team the opportunity to conduct a feasibility study for wind power development in Kampong Speu. The province shows similar potential to Banteay Meanchey, where immediate solutions are needed to address a current power shortage of approximately 250 MW.
  • Strategic facilitator holding the government-approved master licensing plan
  • Sole national owner of wind development rights
  • Coordination of technical access, provincial support, and government liaison
